We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or logistical delays. Blackmont Essence is not responsible for carrier-caused delays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the live USPS rate for your ZIP code and the weight of your order — you pay what the carrier charges, with no handling fee added. Enter your ZIP at checkout to see the exact cost before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Blackmont Essence is not responsible for failed deliveries or packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Any re-shipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or is not received, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date at info@blackmontessence.com with photos of the package and product. Each case is evaluated individually. We respond within 2 business days.

At Blackmont Essence, every fragrance is treated as an exclusive, artisanal creation. Our policy is designed to protect the integrity, quality, and experience of every product.
Due to the personal and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including but not limited to: "I didn't like the scent," "It wasn't what I expected," or a change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to research thoroughly before purchasing.

Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a product replacement or a partial/full refund at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is attributable to Blackmont Essence.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

We disclose data only to the service providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs: Stripe (payment processing), Shippo & USPS (shipping labels and delivery), Resend (order and marketing email), and Netlify (website hosting). Each is bound to use it only on our instructions.
We use only the cookies and local storage the store needs to work — keeping your bag, your session, and remembering that you already dismissed a message. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiling. You can clear or block them in your browser, though your bag will not persist if you do.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate.
Each Blackmont Essence fragrance is a carefully crafted composition. Proper storage and use ensure it retains its character, intensity, and quality over time.
All content — including the Blackmont Essence name, logo, product names, photography, and copy — is the property of Blackmont Essence LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, Blackmont Essence provides no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that fragrance performance, longevity, or scent perception will be identical for all users. Use of our products is at the customer's own risk.
Blackmont Essence shall not be liable for: fabric staining, allergic reactions or skin irritation, misuse, incorrect storage, or application on non-recommended surfaces. By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to release, defend, and indemnify Blackmont Essence from any claim, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from product use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
